A 19-year-old man was shot dead at Sunoco in central Pennsylvania on Monday night, according to a release by the police.

Lancaster City bureau police were called to a shooting at 111 West Orange Street around 10:15 p.m., Mar. 14, the release shows. The unresponsive teenager was found with a single gunshot wound to the shoulder, and he died for his injuries at the hospital, Lancaster City police say.

The suspect fled the scene shortly afterwards but detectives are using witness statements and surveillance video to try to locate him.

The shooting happened after a verbal and physical argument between two men, witnesses told police.
